At present we are assisting Amila from Geodesics unlimited, to build three 17 metre diameter, 4 frequency domes, for the new Yorkshire planetarium at Harewood house, near Leeds. We have been on site for 4 weeks already,with approximately 3 weeks to go before completion. Each dome contains 6 tons of steel with a one piece fabric cover weighing 650kg!

The 3 domes are now complete, with the last cover being lowered into place today. At the end of the gallery are 4 pictures of the structure.

IT party

After the success of last years IT party, the IT collective is now looking for land to put on this years event. Pictures from the event appear in the gallery on this site. The whole event is non profit making and all proceeds go to cancer charities. Once a site is found the projected date for the event is the 16th August. The event will take place in a geodesic dome village.

Unfortunately after much searching, no land has become available for this year. but land has been found for next year, aah well.

Yes we did Glastonbury this year, swam out 2 days later!

just prepping for Trowbridge Village Pump Festival, the 10m dia dome is being used as the sessions tent, hope the weather improves.

The next event after that is Offworld, a 3 day dance weekend nr. Swindon on 17-19th August. Looks good!
