Infringement
Among the trademarks and service marks owned by Pete Wilson, is "Geolite". A specific site logo is available for you to put on your site as a link. Any other use of Pete Wilson trademarks and service marks requires Pete Wilson's express and written permission.
Please note that the "look" and "feel" of Geolite and the manner in which the site functions and is implemented are Pete Wilson trademarks. In the graphical area, this includes Geolite's color combinations, button shapes, layout, and all other graphical elements. The "look" and "feel" of a web site has been deemed the property of that site in legal precedent.
We will actively search and investigate cases of infringement against Geolite copyright and trademarks. If appropriate, we will issue an initial warning to all parties involved and proceed further if necessary with prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.
